Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session. Final deliverables will not be released until full payment has been received. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation. Rescheduling Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late requests may result in forfeiture of the retainer. Turnaround Time Final deliverables are provided within 48 hours for sessions under 3 hours, and within 72 hours for sessions exceeding 3 hours. Timelines begin after the session is completed. Revisions & Overtime A reasonable number of revisions are included. Additional revisions may be subject to fees. Additional time beyond the scheduled session may be accommodated if available and will be billed accordingly. Raw Footage Raw, unedited footage is not included unless otherwise agreed upon. Creative Control Capture Priority Media retains full creative control over all content produced, including filming and editing style. Final deliverables are provided at the discretion of Capture Priority Media to ensure quality and consistency. Usage & Licensing All content remains the property of Capture Priority Media. Clients are granted a license for business and promotional use. Capture Priority Media reserves the right to use all content for portfolio and marketing purposes. Liability Capture Priority Media is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, including weather, location restrictions, or unforeseen disruptions. By booking, the client agrees to release and hold harmless Capture Priority Media from any liability related to injury, damage, or incidents during travel or the session. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for providing a safe environment and necessary access to locations and participants. Capture Priority Media is not responsible for missed content due to lack of preparation or unsafe conditions.
