Booking and Payment

A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to secure all bookings. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the scheduled session. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation or withholding of final deliverables.

Services and Delivery

All services are delivered as outlined in the selected package or agreed scope. Turnaround time is 48 hours for sessions under 3 hours and 72 hours for longer sessions. Additional time or revisions beyond scope may incur fees.

Usage and Liability

All content remains the property of Capture Priority Media. Clients receive usage rights for business and promotional purposes. Capture Priority Media is not liable for circumstances beyond its control and clients agree to provide a safe working environment.
